Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your purchase within 7 working days. The item being exchanged must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have valid reasons for exchange
  • Must be in resaleable conditions
  • Shipped and sold by Lee Hwa Jewelry
  • Was not a promotion item (except for free shipping promotions)

Exchanges are available for products that have a size or color variation. The item being exchanged must be packaged in its original form that is delivered to you. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Store in our complimentary Jewelry travel pouch (online)
  • Put Jewelry on last as chemical substances can be corrosive.
  • Avoid placing diamond Jewelry pieces together to prevent them from scratches.
