  1. How much would delivery cost?

    Local Shipping :

    • Standard shipping: 3-5 working days at SGD$6.00

    International Shipping :

    Shipping charges depend on the weight of the package and the country of destination. Please email us at [email protected], and we can assist you further.

  2. What are the payment methods available?
    • You can pay with:

    • All listed prices are inclusive of 7% GST.

  3. How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the status of your order. Please also contact at us [email protected] should you encounter any issues with your order.

  4. The ring I bought online does not fit me. Can I resize it?

    For local orders:

    Some rings are not possible to be resized due to design restrictions or manufacturers’ policies. Please enquire at our retail boutiques for resizing options.

    Kindly note that resizing fees apply for online purchases. Kindly head down to any of our 9 retail boutiques island-wide with your item and the Original Lee Hwa Jewellery Tax Invoice for a quotation. Please see our ring size guide to find your perfect fit.

    For international orders:

    We regret to inform you that we are currently not able to provide resizing services for international orders. If you have any issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for assistance at [email protected] for assistance.

  5. Can I exchange an order? And How?
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your purchase within 15 days from date of delivery. Please note that the item(s) exchanged must meet the stipulated criteria. Please see our Exchange Policy
    • There is no exchange for international purchase.
  6. Can I return an order?
    • Please note that there is strictly no return and no cash refund in part or in full for items purchased.
    • In the event that you change your mind on the item(s) purchased, you can exchange it for other item(s) of equivalent or lesser value 15 days upon receiving your item(s) at any of our retail boutiques. Should the exchange item(s) be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference. Should the exchange item(s) be of a lower value, no cash refunds or in-kind will be allowed.
    • In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item(s), please contact Lee Hwa Jewellery immediately at [email protected]
    • Returned damaged item(s) must be in original condition, unused and not further damaged in any way. All invoice(s) tags and original packaging must also be fully intact. Lee Hwa Jewellery reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request, if these conditions are not met.
    • Please note that Lee Hwa Jewellery will have taken photographs of all items prior to shipping. This is to avoid potential dispute as to when or how damage has occurred. Likewise, please take photographs of the alleged damage immediately. This should be attached in your email to us when reporting the damage.
    • Upon receipt of your email, and verification that the item(s) received is in damaged condition, Lee Hwa Jewellery will advise on the return procedure.
  7. Can I cancel an order?
    • Unfortunately, cancellation is not applicable for both local and international orders.
    • Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any your purchase and we will try our best to assist you.
  8. I live outside of Singapore; can I still buy from you?

    International online purchases are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at [email protected], and we can assist you further.

  9. How do I care for my jewellery?

    You can prolong the pristine condition of your jewellery by following our Jewellery Care tips on how to wear, clean and store your jewellery.

Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you are happy and be inspired to wear our jewellery.

For local orders:

Exchanges for a Different Size or Colour
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for other items of equivalent or lesser value at any of our boutiques within 15 days upon receiving your items. Should the exchange item be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.
The item being exchanged must be packaged in its original form that is delivered to you, kindly bring the package along with its original invoice for exchange. Terms & conditions apply.

For international orders:

We currently are unable to accept exchanges for international orders. However, if your item has issues (e.g wrong item sent), kindly contact us at [email protected].

Return and Cancellation Policy

We regret to inform you that all returns and cancellations are not applicable on www.leehwajewellery.com. If you have any issues with your order, kindly contact us at [email protected].

Full Value Guarantee

Receive a 100% trade-in value when you upgrade your Destinée and/or Forevermark diamonds for 1.5 times its value, within 24 months from purchase.

Items purchased from our online boutique and marketplaces (such as Lazada, Shopee etc) are applicable for FVG and can be used in our retail boutiques. However, items purchased in our retail boutiques cannot be traded-in for online purchases.

Trade-in Policy

TRADE-IN OF JEWELLERY

  • Trade-in items must be in acceptable condition (to be determined by Aspial-Lee Hwa Jewellery Pte Ltd) and accompanied by original receipt and certificates (where applicable).
  • Trade-in for jewellery will be valued at the prevailing trade-in rate.
  • No trade-in for cash is allowed.
  • Items purchased on our online boutique and marketplaces (such as Lazada, Shopee, etc) may be traded-in at our retail boutiques. Items purchased in our retail boutiques cannot be traded-in for online purchases.
  • Items not acceptable for trade-in: Jade, Pearl, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Kizoku, Furrer Jacot, Titanium, Stainless Steel, all Non-Gem set Jewellery and any others as may be prescribed.
  • Lee Hwa Jewellery reserves the right to reject any trade-in requests at any time, at its absolute discretion and without assigning any reason.
